Took the pics last week of a future breeding group. Plan to hopefully get pics of the rest of the gang in natural light tomorrow, assuming the weather is good. Enjoy
I'm pretty excited about this group for next year, should be pretty interesting! I know it's one odd group, but I've got my goals with them
Straws: This little man changed my whole breeding plans for next year...because HE was supposed to be a SHE...
Oh well! He's got those interesting 'white spots' (or dots, or circular patterns...let's not debate on that). He is a production of AC's Area 51 project, and I've personally talked to Anthony about this gecko, and he believes that he is showing this trait.
I love his up-turned crests
Next up is Ginger from Crown Jewel. I love this girl! She's lacking in the crests, but she has the cutest short snout, and beautiful colors. She's pink (hard to capture), with 'splashes' of orange thrown in. Very unique girly, and I hope the white 'dots/spots/whatever' and her pink coloration pass on to the kiddos.
Ember, also from Crown Jewel Reptiles, if she's big enough (she's growing like a weed, so I suspect she will), will be with Straws next season. This gal is lovely, with that burnt, but bright, orange sides, and the burnt rust dorsal. She's one CRAZY gecko though, and loves to attempt a quick (and I do mean QUICK) escape. She'll also bite your fingers off if you have a roach...haha!
And last, but not least, Navel Graver (again, Crown Jewel Reptiles). This big girl is just beautiful, with her wide dorsal and big droopy crests. Cutest thing! Spazzy like Ember though, should have seen our little 'wrangling' match, trying to get her outside for pics. She's also a rather thick gal, but just laid me a clutch of eggs yesterday from Daddy.
